I have twenty-five years of information systems experience, including business and technical design/analysis, development, testing and implementation expertise. I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings, provider networks, software development companies, third party billing, clinical (hospitals/mental health and renal care), payer associations (BCBS/Tufts Health Plan) with experience with Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurance.  He also has experience with subrogation and claims recovery.
